Rebecca is the founder and president of Sanborn Diversity Training Solutions, LLC, which provides LGBTQ diversity, equity, and inclusion training and consulting to business and nonprofit organizations regarding LGBTQ competency, sensitivity, and acceptance, and by so doing, helps clients to create healthier workspaces for both employees and consumers.

Our trainings are presented with the assistance of a virtual producer (also known as a “host”), Karen Belch of Internet Savvy. Karen supports both the instructor and the participants with the technical aspects of the training engagement, provides detailed instructions to participants on using the available tools that power the training, and troubleshoots technical issues which may arise. In addition, Karen as the producer just generally keeps things flowing in an efficient and productive manner.
